I stayed here in 2021 for about two years or so. Marquetta was super nice, I really hope she becomes a property manager if not already so. She was super friendly, professional and prompt my entire stay. I didn't deal with Imelda much during stay but she made the application process, touring of my unit , and move in day very seemless and nice. I moved here out of state without touring the property first and I have no regrets. I’m happy I picked this complex. Angie is amazing…she’s responsive, reliable and so welcoming. I never thought I’d feel this way about my complex management!! I had to put in a small work order in my first week and they came and fixed it immediately. This was my first time in NC. I couldn't had chosen a better complex to live in They are professional, maintenance is very good, complex is always clean. Imelda and her staff do an exceptional job. I would highly recommend Bryn Athyn.
I lived at at Bryn Athyn for 2 years and overall it had been very pleasant experience. Had it been not for my job, I would have never moved out of this place. The location is great—close to public transit,grocery stores,school and very peaceful East Fork Mine trail with a stream, etc right behind the apartments. I lived at Bryn Athyn for over 3 years and only left because I moved out of state. It was the most afforable place in the area, and they never went crazy with rent prices when it came time to renew. It's a peaceful and quiet community with a trail right behind the complex which allowed me to walk and enjoy nature in the middle of the city. The maintenance team that was there when I moved in is the same as when I recently moved out.
