It was great when we moved in, unfortunately moving out is a process and no one communicates with each other. When it was time to vacate the premise because my wife and I were buying a house and going to move in, they had no idea and kept trying for us to renew after I've visited the office multiple times AND putting in our notice more than 2 months in advance. The property is Great however there is no parking and often many cars blare music after quite hours. Also communication with the property management is not very good. I work late so I will utilize the text or email option to address concerns and I never get a correspondence back. I have Tried to file a noise complaint on my neighbors below as they have a barking dog that barks well into the night and I have had videos and everything. I've seen this complex on 2 separate occasions cut their balloon bunches and just let them go into the sky. Please do better, you're polluting the community you live in and hurting it's wildlife. Stop letting your balloons go into the sky!!!!
love these apartments so much had my eye on them for some time & it’s definitely what i expected! thanks to leasing agent Jhael she helped my partner and I , her customer service is amazing & went out of her way to help us get this apartment because we were in need to move out urgently !!
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE living in these beautiful and Luxurious Apartments. The Staff is so professional and friendly. I got all my questions answered in a timely manner. The move in process was the smoothest I ever had with an Apartment. The leasing is always open on the weekends which is a major BLESSING! Thank you so much for all you do!
