I’ve had a great experience living here! The apartment manager and his staff are always friendly, professional, and quick to help with any issues that come up. I can always count on them to solve problems promptly. The property is well-maintained, clean, and it’s clear they take pride in keeping everything in great condition. Highly recommend this place and the management team!
The office personnel are so unprofessional! My husband and I applied, and never heard back. I left several messages asking for someone to return my call, so I could at least know, and still no call. I went in person and a man was in the office. He went to the back and yelled that i was denied. Thanks a lot! You guys did us a favor by denying our application. Who wants to deal with such unprofessional people.
Brandon and his team at Brynwood are always above and beyond friendly! The team is always helpful, and the community is close to nearly everything.
it is a really nice property well maintained one bedrooms are real small for what they charge for rent.
It was great when we moved in, unfortunately moving out is a process and no one communicates with each other. When it was time to vacate the premise because my wife and I were buying a house and going to move in, they had no idea and kept trying for us to renew after I've visited the office multiple times AND putting in our notice more than 2 months in advance. This is why I don't like to rent. It's all a run around circle of nonsense no one has answers and they try to get one over on you. Please for the sake of just being b... read more
