Living at Brynwood Reserves in Canal Winchester really depends on what you’re looking for, but in my experience, it’s not worth the hype. First, parking is terrible. There’s no assigned parking, so it’s basically a free-for-all. Coming home later in the evening often means driving around hoping to find a spot anywhere near your building. I’ve had a great experience living here! The apartment manager and his staff are always friendly, professional, and quick to help with any issues that come up. I can always count on them to solve problems promptly. The property is well-maintained, clean, and it’s clear they take pride in keeping everything in great condition. Highly recommend this place and the management team!
The office personnel are so unprofessional! My husband and I applied, and never heard back. I left several messages asking for someone to return my call, so I could at least know, and still no call. I went in person and a man was in the office. He went to the back and yelled that i was denied. Thanks a lot! You guys did us a favor by denying our application. Who wants to deal with such unprofessional people.
Toured here recently and the staff and property manager were great! Very friendly and professional staff and a beautiful place to live!
Moved to this place is January and have problems ever since with them, they messed up with are security deposit then stated they didn’t receive part of monthly’s rent from February and still dealing with it four months later dishwasher doesn’t dry the dishes. Couldn’t use the gym for over a month due to switching security systems and the pool is yet to open due to maintenance.
