Great from start to finish! I am 58 years old and had a right total hip replacement. My surgeon made referral for RN, PT and OT. From my first contact, to when I was discharged, Buckeye provided quick and top notch customer service. Everyone I talked to was patient and kind and answered all my questions. I didn't need OT so she was only here to assess, but gave me lots of suggestions even though I didn't need OT at this time. My PT (Steve I believe) was awesome. Buckeye Home Health has been a wonderful experience during my rehab with physical therapy after my knee replacement. They have addressed all my concerns and needs. They have communicated well with me continually throughout my treatment. My therapist has encouraged me each and every session. They have given me the why of each exercise which I appreciate.
