Do NOT use this agency. We were asked to falsify documents and they don't come see their children. When we received children that were very unruly, Kacy Grimes guilted us into keeping them which was a big mistake. One of them lied about me which opened up an investigation. Buckner (Angie, Kacy, Jessica, and Tia) did nothing to support us during this time. Kacy suggested I was an 1.5 video about lying and stealing.
