Got dentures with bottom implants in February '23 for my birthday. Was unable to make my yearly check up, was in the hospital. Once released I called them to schedule and let them know they had broken. I paid them to repair them in August'24 ,$275 for cleaning and by January '25 they broke again in the same spot. Explained broken again in same area, and February 12, 25 paid another $275. Again they're broken in same spot an this time it hasn't been 30 days! Yes, I would like to thank Dr. O and his staff for my experience, I got my mini-implants 2 weeks ago I'm not going to lie I was in a lot of pain for the first 4 days. But I have been getting so many compliments on my new smile that I thought was gone. Dr. O and his staff is GREAT!! I don't have any before pic, but I do have some pics of my pretty smile.
Dr. Osorio is simply the best! He and the entire Buckner Family Dental team are so friendly and communicative. The front office staff makes everything smooth and stress-free. I know I’m in the best hands every time I visit. Highly recommend
Absolutely LOVE everyone I have come in contact with in this office! They are all so professional and greet you with a smile! They also treat you just like family!! I had to have some major work done and when I tell you I’m so very pleased with the results!!! I love my new smile 😃 100% recommend!! Dr. O is wonderful! The best bed side manners. Such a sweet soul. I live an hour away from this office but this will now be my new Dentist! 🦷 🪥
Going to the dentist has always been difficult for me because of the thought of it hurting. The staff and Dr. Osorio have always been very communicative and ensure the overall experience is as painless as possible, despite some of the procedures requiring some additional things that do hurt.
