I have been cleaning out our closets and had 6 black bags full of clothes to donate that were not torn or stained but of course used. I talked to a person on the phone and she said to come to the front door and they would help me. I drove all the way across town and when I got there I was greeted and I told them I had clothes to donate to the children. As a youth who has had to deal with them for the past 9 years. They’re so unorganized, very unprofessional. They don’t help and then when you do ask for help they make you feel terrible about it. Half of them have no idea what they’re doing they just get case load thrown in front of them and we’re just a case number to them. Don't get me wrong, there are a bunch of beautiful souls that want to make a difference that have worked here but that’s why NONE of them stay I have had about 9-10 casework’s in the past 9 years.
