I am very happy with my 2018 Tiguan SE!! Jason was super helpful, and helped me what I was looking for! All of the staff was super friendly. 🙂 This is my first time ever having a Volkswagen, and I'm obsessed with it. I will definitely go back to purchase another vehicle from them.🙂
Excellent service, I personally don't own a VW but from the few times I've visited the shop for my friend's car, they're always very courteous, understanding, and helpful. Would take my vehicle here over my own dealership if I could!
Always friendly and they don't try to upsell with the intensity of most service departments.
Very impersonal service staff. Seem to think that they are the only car dealership in town. Will think long and hard before I consider VW again.
