Trying to reach parts department 15 minutes after opening. Whoever answered would transfer to parts and the line would go dead no hold music no ringing no one talking just an empty line I would wait 60 seconds to see if anything happened and it wouldn't. To the point: I drive 130 miles from Bud Brown. Worth the drive to receive above average quality service. Part time private work in Germany and drive much there . Brown's service is equal to one receives in Germany.
