On 6-18-26 I met with Steve Hill for my apt to fix my glove box on my recently purchased their 2021 Arteon. I over loaded the glove box but while I waited Steve checked me in and it was resolved while I waited. Steve once again took a hands on petsonal interest to have this resolved and it was covered under my 24 month 2 year service plan that came with our certified car purchase. Trying to reach parts department 15 minutes after opening. Whoever answered would transfer to parts and the line would go dead no hold music no ringing no one talking just an empty line I would wait 60 seconds to see if anything happened and it wouldn't.
