Newb server + Party of 11 = not such a great experience, but the schnitzel was quite good. Also, it's called Schnitzel Ranch, so you gotta try it. (Karen's bratwurst was quite good, too.)

My hubby and I were waited on by one of the owners. Waited almost 2 hours for a refill and our food. She only came to our table to take our orders then left, the other waiters didn't wait on us because they thought she was. She came back after we finished eating to take a dessert order. We just payed and left, no tip. Horrible service will not go back.

I was very disappointed. The service was lovely. The schnitzel was disappointing. The cabbage and potatoes were tasty. The decor seemed dingy and dank. I will try it again just incase the kitchen was having an off day
Went there for $89 brake job and was quoted $384 and told rotors were worn out. Took it to NTB and was told rotors were not worn at all and saved almost $200. 0 stars for dishonesty
Had High Hopes. Well, I had high hopes for this place as I had heard some people say that it was good. I'm afraid I was sadly very disappointed. The server was confused with the dishes - I gave her the benefit of the doubt because I think she was brand new. But then I was given the wrong dish and had to wait for them to cook the correct one. We had to ask repeatedly for water, tea, napkins,...
I've had several issues with my brakes ever since I had my car serviced there. Customer service was poor. The man working the front desk seemed annoyed and arrogant.
