They arrived as indicated and did the work over the next 3 days. This was done one month ago and so far everything is fine. The workmen answered any questions I had and when they did not know the answer, they referred me to the main office where answers were forthcoming. There was only one small glitch. After they finished and left, I noticed that some of the ceiling of the basement had not been insulated. I called them and sent pictures. The customer wanted the work preformed in a specific manner, drainage without a sump pump. Our project manager was not comfortable with the solution the customer wanted. We offered only a dehumidifier $1599, a crack repair for $895, and a sump pump and drainage for $2200 which is a guaranteed solution . I am sorry the customer felt this was to expensive.
they came and discussed the project with us. Gave us an estimate. Set a date for the work and performed the job, on time and within the estimated cost. Everything worked well and the problem seems to ave been solved. we consider this a successful home improvement project. cover dirt area in basement and get rid of mold problem
