Went great We had water coming into our basement like a river ran through it. Called Budget Dry, they responded promptly, came and assessed the situation, gave me two solutions: one that was quite comprehensive and one that was acceptable. We opted to go with the lower priced acceptable solution. Work was done as described, on time, and within the scheduled time frame. In spite of the frequent heavy rains this summer, we have not seen a drop of water in anyplace it shouldn't be. Very happy

Where is the dust? I expected there to be lots of concrete dust from the basement floor being cut open but Budget Dry's staff not only hung plastic to contain the dust but did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. John even walked our dog so we could keep an eye on the other pets while the crew was walking in and out of the house (on the plastic they had put down to protect our new kitchen floor.).
