They arrived on time each day and took out a part of the cement flooring, hauled everything away, laid the plumbing and completed the job. They were efficient, friendly and worked very hard. I was very happy with the work and we have never had another drop of water in our basement!!!!! Did a complete basement waterproofing. They stayed true to their estimate, worked very hard and we have been totally satisfied.
Good job. Knows his stuff. Recommended expensive dehumifier . We are hoping we don't absolutely need it, but we might Surveyed crawl space and diagnosed where smell is coming from and how to fix it.
Very punctual and professional. I was pressed for time to a later appointment and the work was done quickly and effeciently. Great sump pump with no issues so far. Would definitely recommend. Replaced sump pump and provided teaching on it regarding maintenence and functionality.
unknown I feel I was not told what the de humidifier would look like. When I changed to another it took quite some time for them to return. It is noisy. The second tech who installed the 2nd choice for the de humidifier told me I could install in the oil tank room so it is not so noisy in the finished basement. I wish I had known this the first time. I am charged to two extra visits now just to get it right. I will core an 8 inch hole in the wall and vents will be installed thanks to the second tech/installer.
I was very impressed and pleased with their service. They waterproofed our entire large basement, installed a new sump pump, backup battery, and several drains to redirect the flow of water out of the basement.
The salesman was friendly and thorough in explaining the company's products, and the serviceman came out when scheduled and performed the work quickly. He also replaced rotted window frames at no extra charge. The windows look great, and we have no complaints. We need more windows replaced, and depending on how our new windows do during the winter, we'd be happy to use them again. Two basement windows were replaced.

We were under a bit of a time constraint and the company wasvery cooperative about getting an inspectorout and then the technician to do the repairs on somewhat short notice. $495/crack seemed in line with prices I saw on a couple of other providers. Note, the $495 Angies List coupon price seems to be their regular crack repair price. selling our house and buyers requested that 2 poured concrete foundation cracks be repaired.
unknown Wall Crack Injection; repair went well; company left area clean; satisfied with work, however, cannot determine if there still is a problem until winter weather.
