If I could give the NEGATIVE 5 Stars I would. I was referred by American Homeshield. I received a phone call (the only call) to schedule for 4 days later. I agreed to four days out however, they submitted 12 days out to the American home shield dispatch. When I did not hear from them on the agreed scheduling date I called and got voicemail.
