I had an excellent experience with Budget Rooter. I filed a claim with my home warranty company and I was immediately referred to Budget. The office responded within 60-90 mins. They had an appt available the same day as well as the following day but with my work schedule I was unable to accept either offering. I was able to grab an appt the following business day. Very talented hard working man much respect. My garbage disposal was replaced as well as connecting plumbing all very fast and clearly done properly. If I do have any issues the work is also guaranteed , which provides additional piece of mind. I hope the company realizes how lucky they are to have this technician.
From start to finish, Budget Rooter & Plumbing has been absolutely wonderful to work with. I placed my work order through our home warranty company, American Home Shield, on Saturday, 9/20. Then, on Sunday afternoon (less than 24 hours later), I received a text message offering me an appointment for Tuesday, 9/23. They came fast and replaced my garbage disposal in less than 15 minutes. The technician was wonderful, friendly and answered my questions. The scheduler was courteous and quick in responding to my work order! Great company and employees. They also don’t try to sell you something you don’t need! I will only use Budget Rooter.
