Sitting at BW's in the bitter cold a couple days post blizzard. Wings, tv, beers and friendliest staff around ( if youre lucky Brit is tending the rail) Great escape out of the snowed in house.
Everything was sticky-the stools, the tables, the menus... The wings tasted like yesterday’s leftovers that were nuked with week old sauce. Totally disgusting from start to finish.
The food was good service was bad we order and they messed the order up they apologize and said we could keep the extra chicken do you know when was about to ask for everything wrapped up they took the extra wings after we had our hands in them sitting on our table the whole time �....Unbelievable never again!
Terrible service, poor food. Ordered a burger well done, it was still bleeding inside. The waitress came to the table one time besides to take our order and deliver the food. It took 25 minutes to get the bill after asking for it and another 15 to get the box that we asked for. Will not return.
Worst service I ever received. Restaurant was empty and it still took over 30 mins for them to bring out our food. I literally wasted my entire lunch break waiting for my lunch to come out with my co workers. Worst ever. Never coming back here again!!
1 hour for food and appetizers to come out and place was not even busy....on top my " prime rib " salad was more like steak umm .... McDonald's would've been better
