Takeout is NOT efficient here....placed my order of just wings and fries and waiting 40 min to get it..... I'll stick going to Linden.
Horrible service from Shana at the bar. Kept her head down every time she walked by me and my 3 friends who were sitting at the bar. We had to shout "EXCUSE ME!" both because she wouldn't help us and because of how loud the music was. She promptly replied sarcastically with "I love being shouted at!" She had no problem leaning over the bar to kiss a guy though. She seems to enjoy hanging out by one of the registers to eat doritos and play on her cell phone too. Called. Was told there was no wait. Walked in and we were seated. Waited over 10 minutes. No waiter. But, they rearranged a set of tables 3 times for a party that might have been coming in. Still no waiter. They spilled water on my wife. We left. Nothing going on there. Plenty of open tables and wait staff standing around doing nothing. Miller's Ale House, here we come!!!
No event going on, tons of servers. Sat at table at least 10 mins, flagged down a Mgr. Still no server to take order. Next time it'll be the Linden location. Miller's here we come.
Still waiting for a response to a complaint about my visit to the New Jersey restaurant, customer reference #205286
I had a horrible experience there tonight. In order to make sure the timing would be right to pick up dinner after my son's hockey practice, I placed an order mid-afternoon for pick up at 6 pm. That way I could run home and be there in time for our younger son to not go too far past his dinner time. I got there just after six and didn't get out of there until 6:30.
