Colton from Build the Block, came to take a look at my roof that had a small leak. I had gotten a few estimates all saying I HAD to replace my roof, that it was installed incorrectly etc.... He noticed only small issues that I was able to take care of myself and he showed me what needed to be done. As a contractor myself, there is nothing more trustworthy than an HONEST contractor that doesn't try to upsell unnecessary repairs. This should be all anyone needs to know to go with him. A++++

Colton and his crew did a wide range of work on our house including doors, windows, security screens, in wall AC unit, and some more odds and ends. Amazing work and crew, and they absolutely demonstrated the highest level of integrity I have ever experienced from any construction company. Work was done in timely manner, they made sure everything was clean and tidy between jobs, very friendly, and top notch work. Couldn't be happier or recommend them enough.
Having a little anxiety about whether I needed a new roof since it’s 26 years old, I contacted Build the Block, Colton Cragnotti. He was thorough in his evaluation and gave me relief by telling me I could wait a few years. He repaired some of the vent seals that were well worn and assured me that the others could last until I did replace the roof. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism.
