Unfortunately, my experience wasn't good. Nobody communicated with me after the door was installed on one of my projects, then when we came in Monday to work, the door wouldn't open because two rollers were out of the track, and it bound up. A text after install would have been appreciated, along with a short video of the door operating properly. Had to have one of my team repair it.

Highly recommend if you're in the market for garage doors. They supplied me a garage door and labor to install that was very competitive with big box pricing. I had done my research so when I called them it was an easy transaction. Doors arrived in time and they came back promptly without hesitation to address a minor issue with the weather stripping on my large door and went ahead and checked the other door. Will use again and recommend them to all my neighbors.

I purchased a brand new home in 2020, in that time, my garage door broken twice. I understand not maintaining a door and then it breaking over years of wear and tear, but twice in a year and half?? Builders Over Head door provides fast and quality service. I use them often with property management and they are fast, efficient and fair priced. I highly recommend!

We had a very pleasant experience with our new garage door opener install. I called on a Friday and he was prepared to have someone someone out that day but we were not available so someone was sent out Monday and the problem was fixed same day. They were very professional and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others!!
