Buildingstars has cleaned our buildings for 5 years and I that they do a great job. They are very responsive and go above and beyond to keep our tenants happy.

We sent our property out for bid in 2012. BuildingStars was the only company that came out, measured, asked what we wanted done daily, weekly, and monthly. They were very knowledgeable and interested in our property and what we wanted done. By being in a building in downtown St Louis it is hard to get a good cleaning company. If we ask for something special to be done, it gets done. I have not had any issues with BuildingStars since they started with us. We have great communications at all times. The lady that called my company said that she could do an appointment on a certain at a certain time for a quote to clean our office. Well then she called back and said that the time she scheduled was double booked and that she would need to reschedule. Fast forward to date and time of supposed canceled appointment a sales rep showed up unannounced. He asked if I had been sent a confirmation e-mail/calendar invite and I had not.
