The tile floors in our men's restrooms were gross and grimy. No matter what products we used, we simply couldn't get them clean enough. (Not sure what those men do in there, but WOW! It's a tough job to keep in check!) BuildingStars had a basic tile buffer type machine that shoots scalding hot, high pressure water onto the floors combined with a rotating cleaning pad, but that type of machine wouldn't work in our building for a few reasons. Our office currently employs Building Stars, and we are not happy with their service. The crew does not always clean all of the rooms, and they sometimes clean on different nights than what they are supposed to. I'm not sure how they are able to mop a tile floor and leave it looking worse than when they began, but it's a talent they possess. The "manager" never comes by to check to see how things are going. He has to be called and informed of the poor service before he will grace our doorstep. Lesson learned.

We hired this company to come clean our office every weekday M-F. They are doing a horrible job. One of our staff members went around and simply wiped down the tables and counters right after the cleaning company left, and the wipes were completely black with dirt! Especially in these times when we are trying to prevent spreading the viruses, you would think a professional cleaning company would perform the basics!
