If I could leave the review with no stars, I absolutely would. One of the worst cleaning companies you can have. Very unprofessional! We started using Buildingstars in Sept of 2024. We had to email about dissatisfaction in Oct of 2024. Then, we had to email about the same thing over & over, several different times. When we finally decided that we were done with the company & their non-cleaning habits, I let Graham know we were done and wanted to terminate the contract. The quality of service has been excellent, and the technician, Cabir, I work with directly is always professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Any time I reach out, I receive a prompt response and great customer service. We’ve had no complaints regarding the cleaning services, and everything has been handled efficiently.
