I have been working with Buildingstars for about 8 years now. Although there has been some turnaround, the company consistently displayed professionalism, responsiveness, and genuinely caring of their customers. A big shout out goes to Martina! Martina has gone above and beyond her call of duty! We have been using this company for 2 years to clean our office. Ed, the sales rep, was able to help us upgrade our service as we were having major issues with our previous company. Kate, our account manager, comes by on a regular basis to make sure we are happy. The people that clean the office are fantastic and management is very easy to communicate with and take a very proactive approach. Highly recommend!!!!!

No communication, no communication, no communication! Many missed cleanings or if they did show up it was just to throw the trash. too much turnaround and you keep having to monitor the work is done. I have provided many opportunities to make it better and they have failed. Will not refer. Poor management unfortunately.

We used this company for a couple years and tried to give them a chance. After many missed cleanings and incomplete cleans we had. Even after not having them for over a year now they are still trying to invoice us for work. I would not suggest this company at all!!! They never show up for inspections like they say they will. They go through account managers like underwear.

We have been having problems for years with this company but I have been too busy to find someone else and get it changes. We have had the rep out repeatedly, had crews changed and promises made but I am done. Beware the cancellation policy requires a certified letter and 30 days for them to FIX the issues, We have given them time to FIX the problem multiple times and even with the last call and promise to do better these pictures are how well they cleaned. SAD SAD SAD

The worst cleaning company I've ever hired. I have two fitness facilities in town and hired Building Stars 6 months ago and I have yet to receive even ONE acceptable cleaning job, and they come 3 times/week. Communication with management is a waste of time. Don't hire them, you will be looking for another very soon.

Our business just started using Buildingstars Cleaning Service on 5/7/18. We wanted a better service than we had when we were with Cox Cleaning. Buildingstars came to our office for a quote. They represented themselves very well. They said they would do an outstanding job. I honestly had better service with the company we changed from.
