Joanna and her team are the best cleaners our business has ever had! She is extremely detailed and easy to communicate with. We are in an older two story building with large floor area, many desks and 2 bathrooms. She keeps our business very clean for all of us working here and all customers that come into the office. We gave this company one year to meet our needs. There were no shows several times. The cleaners didn't want to clean on the days I needed cleaning. They had their own proposed schedule. Their cleanings were surface clean, at best. We often had to re-mop our floors! We complained and complained. A supervisor would show up and pacify us. However, the work didn't improve.
