Refinish Engineered Oak Flooring I found Ky's advertisement in kijiji for hardwood refinishing and e-mailed and he responded back right away which impressed me as many of the other kijiji advertisers didn't even respond back. Also a lot will not touch engineered flooring but Ky was willing to refinish ours at a decent price. His team started on time and finished a day early which is always a bonus. Hardwood Floor Refinshing I left a message at Bull Tough Flooring that was returned that evening. Then Ky told me he was on his honeymoon and was phoning from Thailand! Very impressive that he would take a moment just to touch base from halfway around the world. We talked on the phone for ten minutes or so and Ky explained how he expected the job to go and when he returned, he showed up on the day we'd agreed on, and did the floors just as he said. Sanding and Finishing of a New Oak Floor This is the second time we've hired Ky and again, we were not disappointed. Ky and his team worked around our crazy schedule to get the work done, and they really did a great job. Ky consulted us on the process and kept the project on time and on budget.
