hardwood refinishing Ky did an excellent job on our hardwood floors. He was very knowledgeable, and explained the process since the hardwood was a pre finished product. The job was completed right when he said it would be done, and it turned out great! We couldn't be happier. It's really nice to deal with a professional who is punctual and trust worthy. refinished hardwood floor Ky does an excellent job. It was on time, on budget and looked amazing. I strongly recommend ky's services. He delivered exactly what he promised. Don't bother going to any one else.

Hardwood floor restoration We bought a 100 year old home and the owners before us had a dog and a desire to DIY everything...even the floors. From the bags of left over polyflor urethane we found in the basement , we suspected that the floors were redone by them and rather poorly. We had a very short window of opportunity to work with Ky, but he was able to pull off the work in 3 days (950sq ft). 50 year old Hardwood Sand/Refinish Having purchased an older home (1957), we were debating a new install for our floors. After finding, visiting, and talking with Ky we were immediately comfortable with his knowledge and experience and were convinced that a sand/refinish was all that we needed. I would have done a 100 color samples if I had to but I'm glad we nailed it after just 10 :) We really appreciated the fact you had the floor all ready to go us when we arrived because it lets us get straight to work we we get there.
