The sales representative and the technician were extremely helpful, patient, and thorough in explaining everything to me. They provided valuable advice and emphasized the importance of having the ADT security system for my family’s safety and mine. I decided to go ahead with the installation for the peace of mind it offers. I feel especially secure with the key fob, as I can keep it with me at all times in case anything happens, no matter where I am. Steven and Jason were both professional, kind, and excellent in their work.

My Installer was really good. Answered all the questions. Helped to accommodate all my special needs. Was friendly. Adrian was his name. And the sales person Beau King was very friendly and informative.

Anthony was amazing. He was punctual and very polite. Anthony was very knowledgeable about all of the available security devices and helped us tailor our system to meet our needs, but yet wasn’t pushy. He followed up with us after our internet was installed to make sure we were all connected and understood everything

If it were cheaper it would be a Five Star The salesman was super nice and the supervisor/salesman was persuasive, they were both professional. The installer Tyler worked very hard into the night and got everything done on one visit. I feel ridiculously safe.
