We were very impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of the gentleman who installed our system. It was a two part job and Rodney was patient and very helpful in answering all our questions.

I am so pleased with Bryan my installer. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I also like to thank Jeff for coming out to help assist. Great team work you too!!! If I had to put anything down would be the price of add ons they are expensive. Now let me see if I love ADT as a whole, because the customer service I received was great.

Great service! There was a problem with the cellular service but they stayed until the problem was fixed. Showed me offers of what I could get and were very patient. Genuinely cared about what safety features we should get. Will definitely call them when we have the money to get more equipment!

We had a very hectic & frustrating move into our new house and Vincent literally came from out of the darkness (we temporarily had no electricity) and not only was very thorough with the explanation of the entire system but introduced us to a program we had never been involved with (we never had a security system before) and now we don't know how (or why) we didn't get one before. Vincent explained the system before the set up and once the techs showed up it was easy for us to understand. Now we feel more secured than ever.
