Our technician was very helpful in giving advise on installation of items. Very knowledgeable of what items are and could answer all kinds of questions asked by my wife. Overall inspection for the security was the longest part but was needed for a well planned layout of house and where to put certain things.

I had such a great experience with ADT from the initial order to the installation of my new security system. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family. Miguel was friendly, very knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining various options without any pressure. He was on time, installed the equipment quickly and then took the time to walk us through the security features and how to work the equipment. We could not have been more pleased with his knowledge and professionalism.

The overall experience was amazing! I just moved into my first house. Lawrence Was great and very helpful when he explained the packages available and worked hard to get my system installed and running the next day. Rome installed my system. He worked fast and did a great job. He explained everything very well. I am very happy with the overall experience.
