I give Logan a 5-star rating. I called later Friday afternoon, and Logan showed up within an hour (at the beginning of the 2-hour window). Logan was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained the issue to me and showed me pictures/ documentation. I was very impressed with his professionalism and kind, respectful demeanor. I picked Bulletproof because I saw their truck in my neighborhood earlier this week. I feel very lucky that they turned out to be an honest and professional company.

Called 5 different AC companies to provide a quote on a new AC install. I had a few concerns as this was a newer company but Leo from BulletProof was the only representative out of the 5 that went above and beyond on the initial review. We first used Bulletproof Air last summer when we needed to replace our upstairs handler and pump, they were in every aspect fantastic! At that time we signed up for their maintenance program for the new unit and the 12 year old down stairs unit. Last week the old unit went offline, we called and within two hours we were back up and running at no cost just a minimal service charge.
