Had a new 3 ton inverter heat pump installed. Pricing was a good value for the quality of the equipment installed. Very detailed installation process. Make sure and call for service or new installation. Great service! Highly recommend.

I give Logan a 5-star rating. I called later Friday afternoon, and Logan showed up within an hour (at the beginning of the 2-hour window). Logan was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained the issue to me and showed me pictures/ documentation. I was very impressed with his professionalism and kind, respectful demeanor. I picked Bulletproof because I saw their truck in my neighborhood earlier this week. I feel very lucky that they turned out to be an honest and professional company.

Called 5 different AC companies to provide a quote on a new AC install. I had a few concerns as this was a newer company but Leo from BulletProof was the only representative out of the 5 that went above and beyond on the initial review.
