I had an issue with my A/C not blowing cold air, and Bulletproof Air was able to come out on a Saturday, which was a huge relief. Jhett was the technician who came to my home, and he was outstanding from start to finish. He was very friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. We had a fantastic experience with BulletProof Air. They were able to give us an in home quote a day after I called and Logan & Gabe came out (on time and professional) to make the repair effectively. We appreciated that they took pictures of the process (since it was in the attic) and they even reattached and sealed a disconnected hose that our old hvac company didn’t install properly! Our home watch service called to say our air conditioner was not working. We quickly called Bullet Proof Air for help, we never had used them before, luckily they sent a technician within the hour. He was able to troubleshoot the problem right away he services the unit and got us up and running fast and efficiently.
