Our home watch service called to say our air conditioner was not working. We quickly called Bullet Proof Air for help, we never had used them before, luckily they sent a technician within the hour. He was able to troubleshoot the problem right away he services the unit and got us up and running fast and efficiently. I work in facility maintenance at a local school and we needed someone to come look at one of our units. Leo came to our home for a late call (9:30 pm) because our AC went out. Ugh. He was on-call that night and was so great at investigating where the short in the system was. He resolved the issue immediately, couldn't have been nicer. We also signed up for maintenance on our system and Zee, a wonderful lady, and Adam came out to take care of the system the next day. It was great service and highly recommend this team.
