I got the 6in medium duty for my 2500 pulling a 26ft enclosed for sleds and wheelers. It's a tank, beautifully coated, and the locking pins are really nice quality. the full shank and 2.5" shank make it fit like a glove versus the loose fit if the adapter and previous version I had. So far I'm really impressed.

I just purchased a BulletProof 3” heavy duty 6” drop hitch and weight distribution adapter for my F450. Customer service was great and shipping was fast. Everything was packaged very well and is built very solid. My weight distribution head mounted onto the adapter without issue and now I have a very solid hitch with a lot less play in it compared to using the adapters and spacers like I was before with a 2” shank hitch. At 44 I finally got a grown-up to hitch! I no longer have to keep 5 or 6 in my truck or garage and plan out what I’m going to need to pull that trailer. My new bulletproof hitch works great and can pull them all!
