Jack and his team were a pleasure to work with after being sent to the hospital after a car ran me over on my bike. Everyone at Burg Simpson was super helpful and communicated with me constantly to ensure I got the best care and kept me informed every step of the way as my case was settled. Called to inquire about an injury I had at a casino. After giving the receptionist the circumstances over the phone to get a free consultation, I was told someone would call me back. I never received a phone call from this law firm.
After calling them 3 weeks ago I never received a phone call back not you too have a case now you don't have a case very very unprofessional at least let someone know what is going on I had all the results and witnesses and no phone call back the worst I called another firm that took my case right away
