We used Burg Simpson for a car accident my son was in. Our Attorney Jack DeGree handled the case to perfection. They always communicated everything throughly to us. These kinds of cases do take some time but I thought Jack and the office were always on top of it and got it done in a timely manner. We were always able to get answers quickly. After calling them 3 weeks ago I never received a phone call back not you too have a case now you don't have a case very very unprofessional at least let someone know what is going on I had all the results and witnesses and no phone call back the worst I called another firm that took my case right away
Called to inquire about an injury I had at a casino. After giving the receptionist the circumstances over the phone to get a free consultation, I was told someone would call me back. I never received a phone call from this law firm.
