Every time I bite into a juicy flame broiled Burger King Whopper or a scrumptiously crispy BK Chicken Fry, it makes my day. Don't get me started on Burger King's perfectly salted French Fries or Signature Onion Rings. Burger King is THE place for gourmands.
Ordered a bunch of food. Half of it was cold and old. I didn't get the mushroom burger I ordered for my husband. Can't even tell what it was supposed to be. It was a large sloppy Gross mess. The cheesey tots were like cardboard. The fries had way too much salt on them.
I had a horrible encounter with a manager named Samantha. She was absolutely horrible. She needs a lesson in customer service. How do you argue with a customer on how their food was made, especially when they made it incorrectly? And how do you argue with a customer on missing items that they paid for and the customer has proof but she still refused to fix the order. Samantha is a HORRIBLE MANAGER! Bro, every time i pull up here, they were nice unless they were dealing with a line (understanable). No hard feelings were. all super cool and respectful !
I go to this location a lot. Staff is always super friendly and the food is always hot and fresh! Consistency is always nice with local fast food, I appreciate these guys.
