Like why does every place in Norwich have to be so trashy I can never go out to eat without them getting my order completely wrong and then when I get home to call I have to drive all the way back to Burger King because they put food in my bag that could kill me since I’m allergic and then couldn’t even refund me like are you serious. I went through the drive through 12pm 01/26 and I wanted to do the Trio deal. The Spanish lady at the window gave me a attitude and was rude and disrespectful to me because I asked why did they charge me more? She raised her voice and in a snotty way told me I should have mentioned the deal and gave me a face. I will never come back here again after this experience.

This place has gone downhill. Every surface is sticky. They don't have the air conditioning on so you'll be less likely to eat there. They also are so rude. There was one lady who was nice, and she said she's been working there for years. But the other staff are inattentive and have no problem serving you food that is warm at best.

I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru for an order I placed on the app. Granted, there were 5-6 cars ahead of me,but I felt that it was a bit excessive. My food was only ok,and because it took so long,it was cold. On top of that,the 2 burgers I ordered were wrong. Also,the employee at the window attempted to give me a drink,which I didn't order,and ask for payment,when like I said,I ordered it through the app,so it was already paid for.I wouldn't recommend this place,and I probably wouldn't come here again,I sure wouldn't go... read more

The employee was taking orders and he was in the window was amazing and helpful. He was very polite. I now can use my app thank - you for doing ur job amazing. 😁 Food was good and service was fast. Guy with blue hair 👍 it was after 10 pm so you know when it was a great time to go and all the food was fresh .
