I went through the drive through 12pm 01/26 and I wanted to do the Trio deal. The Spanish lady at the window gave me a attitude and was rude and disrespectful to me because I asked why did they charge me more? She raised her voice and in a snotty way told me I should have mentioned the deal and gave me a face. I will never come back here again after this experience.
I always go to this Burger King here in Norwich. They always seem to have new and delicious items on their menu. The staff here is awesome, they’re kind and professional. I will definitely keep coming here. My food is always fresh and tastes so good.
The staff here is amazing. Best fast food place I go and I go consistently as it’s about the only one I ever go to anymore. Manager really makes a difference. He does a great job and the staff has respect and enjoy working for him. Always a friendly environment whether I dine in or go through the drive-through. The food is always on point and correct. I’ve only lived in Norwich for 3 years but I’ve avoided going to Burger King because of past experiences in other locations. Went ahead and gave this location a try this last week and I’m disappointed to realize that I’ve been sleeping on this location! Food was excellent and staff are nice! That being said I’ve come back a second time in a week and still just as good as the first!
Manager Will is unfit to be a manager ! I tried to contact correct owners of restaurant 30 min later . Still couldnt find out . I how ever told my experience to the 2 burger king corporations I talked to . The 3rd 1 was useless . Too bad people can't be kind and make it right .
