Stopped by Burger King for a quick bite and dined in. I ordered a kids meal and was pleasantly surprised — the food came out hot and fast, no complaints there. The highlight was definitely the soda machine with a wide range of flavors — a fun little perk that gave it a different feel from other spots. Food is decent fast food. App orders and drive-through pickup are fast,easy, and always accurate. 5 stars for service, friendly and get it right. Only use drive-through, that is why the 3 stars for atmosphere, just don't go inside.
Compared to other fast food chains, Burger King constantly has the most variety while maintaining competitive quality of their products. While the atmosphere is lacking, this particular location has excellent service, especially at their drive-thru. There is this dude who works nights there this is very good at his job. Respect.
No one here is working. There are three employees and a huge line. No one is going anything to help just keep joking with each other and standing there and ask everyone to wait. I ordered two sandwiches and had to wait for 25 min.
Never again. It looks like a rodent was chewing on my burger. The management was very nice, but almost too quick to refund me. It was really shady that there was no question about it and I was refunded the total of my purchase. I do appreciate how it was taken care of and management was very friendly the entire exchange.
