well the melt buns weren't toasted. the taste was bland and .meat cold.
they were out of pies so they subbed cookies that were rock solid.
food was cold and Hash Browns tasted like old oil. change your oil once in awhile
Fries were hard. Not crunchy but hard. The Spicy BK Royal Crispy Wrap was so poorly wrapped I couldn't even eat it. The ghost 12 Pc. Ghost Pepper Chicken Fries were absolute fire though.
I've worked in customer service and I'm not one to complain, you'll never see my name anywhere else despite other bad experiences, but wow. Order could not be more incorrect and lazily thrown together. Burger was cold, completely incorrect, and nasty looking. Onion rings are apparently are the same thing as French fries now and they also didn't add a third item that I ordered. Bag wasn't sealed either. 0.1/5.
Did give me my fries after paying 22.00
ordered 2 whoppers, no mayo no catsup, and two large onion rings. received a single order of onion rings, and a small burger patty with bun. no lettuce, onion, tomato, charge mmkt
Missing 2/3 items
The whole order sucked!! Ordered French fries and got onion rings!! Terrible!!
