I am currently working with Burnaby Heights Orthonics on an invisalign treatment. All team members have been friendly and professional. The treatment is going well and I've had zero issues with payments. I was even able to delay my start date due to a benefits issue. This was after all forms had been completed and signed. I have no problem recommending them to anyone who is looking for orthodontic services.
I am very disappointed with the service at this clinic. The staff showed poor attention to patient concerns and a lack of professionalism. Despite repeatedly mentioning that the wires from my braces were poking my cheeks and causing pain, my concerns were dismissed, and I was only advised to use wax, which did not resolve the issue. We’ve been working with Burnaby Heights Orthodontics for the last 4yrs for both our girls, myself and my husband! My Invisalign experience was great! I would highly recommend working with the clinic for all your ortho needs!
We have been patients of Dr. Couto for many years. Our kids have received excellent services from her, and all her staff. They have all been accommodating, encouraging, and lots of fun. Have already recommended several patients!
