A great service and always has the best interest of my fur baby at heart. The reception staff are always so welcoming and friendly! The only downfall is there are two blonde girls there who are quite rude and seem very entitled. They talk bad about customers and think no one can hear them but the customers in reception can. One of them I think her name is Sarah was very rude to my mother when she brought her elderly dog in. Belittled her and made her uncomfortable. Would be a 5 star rating if it wasn’t for her
Have used this vets for many years and have always been very happy with the service. The staff are friendly and very helpful and the vets are the best. I will never take my little French Bulldog anywhere else.
Have only ever had great experiences with Burnie Vets with many animals. They’re compassionate and considerate and always talk through options. This old girls sore eye is on the mend.
Vet took the time as our cat was extremely stressed and we came away with answers and a plan
This was a positive first visit with my two rescues, friendly helpful team members and I’ll absolutely be making this my go to clinic.
