Great service and very committed to my pets care they remember your pets name and with pets we have ups and downs but more ups with guidance from the professional health care over the years I will not go any where else unless they say we need tests or more specific treatment s thank you a lot of love and kindness for all you have done for my fur babies peace of mind is so important thank you
I had an emergency with my older boy yesterday, we rocked up when surgery first opened without a booking and we were seen to straight away, we have monthly visits / injections, they are always very accommodating. I love the emails they send on better caring for your pets from twilight years, dental, ticks etc a good read and very informative 😀
Beautiful staff and always polite and smiling faces very kind and big hearted to all the beautiful creatures they see everyday..Dozer has gone from cowarding at the door to know walking in on he's lead and harness..Will help you and your furry pet in anyway they can..Best veterinarian place by far..Very caring souls 🐕Dozer had he's leg amputated and he was in the best hands ever while they cared for him so thankyous
I very much appreciate the care and time given to Jimmy by Dr Jess, & Jill’s kindness and care at the front desk, (and Dr Alex via VetChat virtual consult). We were able to get blood tests done and the results there and then, which was helpful. Seeing Jimmy flat and not himself was distressing - he’s slowly improving. Thank you.
Very friendly helpful staff. Spoke calmly and directly. Genuine love for animals with lots of pats and cuddles. Dog had bloods taken it was does quickly with little fuss for the dog or children watching. Excellent service
