Have only ever had great experiences with Burnie Vets with many animals. They’re compassionate and considerate and always talk through options. This old girls sore eye is on the mend.
Have used this vets for many years and have always been very happy with the service. The staff are friendly and very helpful and the vets are the best. I will never take my little French Bulldog anywhere else.
Lyric was well taken care of by the friendly staff at Burnie Veterinary Centre. They explained clearly all the risks and costs up front. She is not too sure about the new collar they sent her home in though!
Staff were kind and friendly. Vet was on time, didnt rush and was genuine. Tingle ( the cat) felt safe and secure and took her needle like a champion. Great service
We euthanised our lovely 12 year old cat over a really sudden and really bad tongue growth, I just have something I wanna get off my chest about the experience and maybe it could be some advice, please vets, if you put a towel under the pet on the owner's lap please make sure it's put there properly. All I can think of now is the urine that covered my leg because the towel wasn't there and I really wanted to make it as good of a memory as possible 🫠 I didn't mind in the moment but the smell after and everything just sucks
