Fantastic service. The vet was very gentle with our very large aging dog and handled him expertly. We were given time to consider our treatment options and all our questions were answered.
I managed to get an appointment at short notice. The vet was very informative & the staff friendly. I did think almost $100 for consultation was up there but it’s probably standard for the area. I am an interstate visitor.
Took my very sick dog a couple of weeks ago around 9.30am asking to see vet asap. The sign was out, the door was open but was told there was no vet there until later in the day ! Really !! Unbelievable What kind of veterinary business doesn't have a vet !! I suggest you sell or close so Burnie can have a proper veterinary shop with an actual vet !! I suggest everyone give them a big miss and go to the Somerset Vet. They are reliable, have an actual vet and great staff.
Clayton is a very gentle and caring person in his handling of our little girl dog , we are happy with his work.
Great service as always. Friendly Staff Very good advise. Well done.
