I have really bad dental anxiety, my previous dentist left the state so I was kind of in the process of looking for a new dentist when I had a dental emergency. When I walk in through the door, I see Jen smiling and always greets me by my name, ask me if I did anything or have any plans for the week/weekend. My hygienist Alyssa is amazing and enjoys doing the Perio Probe exam on me lol cause I do get nervous during that exam but I know I’m in good hands. Alyssa is very educational and cares about her patients oral health. I always see Dr. Leong for any treatment I need and I saw him today and as usual he was amazing. He is very thorough and explains what is going on during each step. He has a great memory and always remembers me and my husband. His co-worker today was dental assistant Analee and she is just as amazing! My all time favorite is also Jen at the front desk because she goes above and beyond ALWAYS!!!
Meeting Dr. Leong today was very promising. He took lots of time to learn more about me as a new patient. He asked several times do you have any questions? Is there any concerns? I felt very welcomed meeting him for the first time. I am looking forward to seeing what his dental plan is for me. The dental assistant Annalee was also very polite, welcoming, and professional. All the office staff have been very welcoming and patient with all of my questions as a new patient.
