Wonderful experience! I am very afraid of dentists and just the thought of the drills, needles, etc. My teeth are horrible. Dr. Kerns was wonderful as was his assistant. He explained everything so I could understand and I was comfortable with what he was doing. Atmosphere is very relaxed with great music playing. Everything was very clean. From the time you arrive, everyone was pleasant & helpful. I really don't like going to the dentist, but my Dentist & his assistant were both great & made me feel at ease mostly with their singing. I had very little pain. Thank you Burns dentistry for having such a warm & inviting place for your patients.
My special needs adult son was complaining of having tooth pain. I called Burns Family Dentistry to explain what was wrong with him and try and get an appointment for him to be seen. I spoke with Jill and she was very helpful in getting an appointment for him to be seen right away. When we arrived, Cathy was very friendly and professional in helping my son to find out what was wrong with his tooth. We were very pleased with our first experience at the dentist office and will be returning to have his tooth repaired.
We found (myself & wife) Burns Family Dentistry a very good place to have dental work done. They are easy to contact, fair in their pricing and go out of their way to ensure your comfort from the waiting area to your procedure. Give them a chance to help. You to may be surprised. Jim & Paula
