Last April I spent over $13,000 on a pool and installation at my home in Green Forest, AR (60 mi from Burton in Springdale). I paid for the upgraded ladder ($400-$500). The ladder was left on the lawn so the pool could settle before putting it in. The installers told me to tighten up the bolts before putting it in the water.
