I was very pleased with the service here. After a bad experience at a local hospital emergency room, I was happy to have a more positive experience. I had a short wait but the doctor found the problem and helped me. I was in and out within 2 hours (record time compared to other emergency facilities). The other staff were polite and efficient. I appreciated the care I received.
First one in the door at 9. It’s now 9:40Still haven’t been seen! Employees coming in late. This place is a joke I can see why the bad reviews are here … I see the owner saying thanks to all the nice comments But hardly saying anything on the bad ones .. nurse could care less about what she’s doing not even taking a temp ..Red needle bin damn near over flowing in the room. Vents are dirty like they’ve never been cleaned the seats are ripped and awful .. like just clean the damn place
I went in to be seen for an injury that happened on work property but off the clock. VA approved me to go there to be seen. It wasn't a workmans comp claim. They refused to see me without a claim number for workmans comp when i wasn't on company time. I will encourage all veterans to never use them and will be contacting the VA to file a complaint against them to remove them as a provider thru the VA!
I have been coming to that urgent care for as long as I can remember the doctor is wonderful truly, caring and these actually saved my life twice instead of trying to get money. He stopped in his tracks and was like you need to go to the emergency room and both times he literally saved my life because had I not listened and had he just wanted the patient’s money I would have been dead so I just wanna give a big thanks to the whole crew. The only after our clinic I will ever go to.
This place is phenomenal. They get you in and out. They are very concerned about your sickness. Me and my son comes here all the time. The secretaries are great and the doctor is awesome I really appreciate all the staff that worked there all the medicine that you have given me and my son helped us tremendously. I hope everyone there have a wonderful blessed day and phenomenal week and thank you for your services
