First one in the door at 9. It’s now 9:40Still haven’t been seen! Employees coming in late. This place is a joke I can see why the bad reviews are here … I see the owner saying thanks to all the nice comments But hardly saying anything on the bad ones .. nurse could care less about what she’s doing not even taking a temp ..Red needle bin damn near over flowing in the room. Vents are dirty like they’ve never been cleaned the seats are ripped and awful .. like just clean the damn place
This place is phenomenal. They get you in and out. They are very concerned about your sickness. Me and my son comes here all the time. The secretaries are great and the doctor is awesome I really appreciate all the staff that worked there all the medicine that you have given me and my son helped us tremendously. Spent less then 5 mins with the nurse practitioner. Was dismissed about what was going on with me. Wasn’t concerned about my blood pressure being elevated. But did ask about my copay. Saw my doctor today and they were irritated that I didn’t even get a proper physical to see what was going on. Will never go here again. Was a complete waste of time. But don’t worry. I am beyond grateful for all of the staff at Burton Urgent Care, from the receptionist, to the nurse, and to the doctor. They all were so very understanding, kind, and caring towards my special needs child and myself. They figured out how to give her the care she needed under our circumstances! I wish I could thank them again for truly being the best urgent care ever, and for making our experience so much better than we imagined!!!! Thank you so much you guys!!! We will never forget it!!!!
Just left here. I came in for a migraine that I've had since yesterday and all the staff were very nice and respectful. Dr. Was very nice and caring. It wasn't a long wait. If ever I need urgent care again I will 100% come back here.
