They were okay I was expecting better but nothing I can do , first time there and I’m not sure if I would consider the place in the future , the nurse was kind , the receptionist did a normal job but I don’t how to feel about the doctor tho. The atmosphere is good, it is spacious and there are enough seats in the waiting room, they need to clean the dust. 8/10
First one in the door at 9. It’s now 9:40Still haven’t been seen! Employees coming in late. This place is a joke I can see why the bad reviews are here … I see the owner saying thanks to all the nice comments But hardly saying anything on the bad ones .. nurse could care less about what she’s doing not even taking a temp ..Red needle bin damn near over flowing in the room. Vents are dirty like they’ve never been cleaned the seats are ripped and awful .. like just clean the damn place
Why do they say they stay open until a certain time yet close at least 30 mins prior to posted closing times?! Maybe they should think about posting this on their door so at least patients know before they even head in. Tried to find a corporate number to report that they do this but they don’t have any phone number listed besides the one that goes directly to them. I was very pleased with the service here. After a bad experience at a local hospital emergency room, I was happy to have a more positive experience. I had a short wait but the doctor found the problem and helped me. I was in and out within 2 hours (record time compared to other emergency facilities). The other staff were polite and efficient. I appreciated the care I received.
Would not recommend this facility. It is clean, yes, but the air purifiers in the lobby aren’t even on so what’s the point. Apparently no one communicates to each other here so be prepared to repeat why you’re there and all of your symptoms to every person you see, none of whom even introduced themselves. No idea who my Dr even was. I opted to be tested for Covid and flu A and B and had I not asked the Dr while he was walking away from me what my results were, I’d have never got them.
