This is by far the GREATEST Urgent Care that I have had the PLEASURE of visiting. I've only been here TWICE. However, from the front desk, to the medical assistant or CNA, to the physician, my experience was nothing short of PROFESSIONALISM, concern, & friendliness! Thank you STAFF & keep up the GOOD work! Sorry for the DELAY in posting my review as my last visit was in November 2025.
Would not recommend this facility. It is clean, yes, but the air purifiers in the lobby aren’t even on so what’s the point. Apparently no one communicates to each other here so be prepared to repeat why you’re there and all of your symptoms to every person you see, none of whom even introduced themselves. No idea who my Dr even was. I opted to be tested for Covid and flu A and B and had I not asked the Dr while he was walking away from me what my results were, I’d have never got them. Got me right in, I was sick and wasn’t sure why I wasn’t feeling better because it had been 5 days. The doctor tested me for Covid and the results came back positive. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs to go to urgent care. Very professional!
I was very pleased with the service here. After a bad experience at a local hospital emergency room, I was happy to have a more positive experience. I had a short wait but the doctor found the problem and helped me. I was in and out within 2 hours (record time compared to other emergency facilities). The other staff were polite and efficient. I appreciated the care I received.
First one in the door at 9. It’s now 9:40Still haven’t been seen! Employees coming in late. This place is a joke I can see why the bad reviews are here … I see the owner saying thanks to all the nice comments But hardly saying anything on the bad ones .. nurse could care less about what she’s doing not even taking a temp ..Red needle bin damn near over flowing in the room. Vents are dirty like they’ve never been cleaned the seats are ripped and awful .. like just clean the damn place
