I am beyond grateful for all of the staff at Burton Urgent Care, from the receptionist, to the nurse, and to the doctor. They all were so very understanding, kind, and caring towards my special needs child and myself. They figured out how to give her the care she needed under our circumstances! I wish I could thank them again for truly being the best urgent care ever, and for making our experience so much better than we imagined!!!! Thank you so much you guys!!! We will never forget it!!!!
This was my first trip to Burton Urgent Care. I chose this place because of all the great reviews. I am happy to say, I do agree. From the ladies at the front desk to the nurse and the Dr. Very pleasant staff. Wait time was not bad at all. Hopefully I will not need urgent care again, but if I do it will be Burton Urgent Care.
After reading the reviews, I was skeptical about going to this particular urgent care. To say, I was surprised about how smooth the entire process was for me, is an understatement. My wait was less than 20 minutes. The front desk personnel were very friendly as was the doctor’s assistant and the doctor himself. I can honestly say this was the best experience I’ve ever had in an urgent care and I’ve been to a lot in my 68 years.
Very upset with the care my daughter had. She was told to use eye drops for an abrasion on her eye. Two days later after using the drops we had to go down to Kellog eye center because of how bad her eye had gotten and Dr there told us she should of NEVER even been prescribed eye drops and now she has to wait 24 hours to return of stopping the drops and if her eye site isn’t better she will have to be referred to an even different specialist because she could now lose her eye sight.
I felt the staff is friendly, they speak to you in a caring manner. I never once felt like they were rushing me out to move on to next patient. I actually felt they were willing to answer all questions or help to determine best way to get me feeling better. I did have a hour and half wait but when they give everyone the time needed to direct questions and answers, I'll wait. Bedside manners were awesome. I felt very relaxed and comfortable.
