Just left here. I came in for a migraine that I've had since yesterday and all the staff were very nice and respectful. Dr. Was very nice and caring. It wasn't a long wait. If ever I need urgent care again I will 100% come back here.
I am beyond grateful for all of the staff at Burton Urgent Care, from the receptionist, to the nurse, and to the doctor. They all were so very understanding, kind, and caring towards my special needs child and myself. They figured out how to give her the care she needed under our circumstances! I wish I could thank them again for truly being the best urgent care ever, and for making our experience so much better than we imagined!!!! Thank you so much you guys!!! We will never forget it!!!!
After reading the reviews, I was skeptical about going to this particular urgent care. To say, I was surprised about how smooth the entire process was for me, is an understatement. My wait was less than 20 minutes. The front desk personnel were very friendly as was the doctor’s assistant and the doctor himself. I can honestly say this was the best experience I’ve ever had in an urgent care and I’ve been to a lot in my 68 years.
Normally urgent care has a long wait. Well I was in and out in under an hour. I was just there for cold sore medication but the nurse was thorough and the doctor more so. He he explained the sunburn was really easy trigger for cold sore infections and also tried to convince me to get a primary care physician and even gave simple options to find a good one. Overall good experience for my visit.
This was my first trip to Burton Urgent Care. I chose this place because of all the great reviews. I am happy to say, I do agree. From the ladies at the front desk to the nurse and the Dr. Very pleasant staff. Wait time was not bad at all. Hopefully I will not need urgent care again, but if I do it will be Burton Urgent Care.
