Very Grateful for Busby's! Top notch hospitality, explanations of how everything works on the unit, the thermostat, and how to monitor it. They cleaned up after their selves, they stayed all day. Service was exceptional from booking the service app with Mr. Dwayne, to the service with the two techs Fransico & Torron, to me giving the payment which was smooth, to the last second the techs left. Busby’s is phenomenal! After working with Joseph, who meticulously collected measurements to find the right units for me, Francisco and Tevin installed a new Air Conditioner and Furnace to replace my 40-year-old units. They were extremely professional and friendly, working to ensure the new units fit in my old spaces. We restarted our member plan today, and Kyle came out to inspect and clean our unit. He was very helpful and informative, and provided us with information that will likely save us money over time. He also spotted some stuff while handling the cleaning of our system that will likely end up saving us hundreds in diagnostic fees. Great experience all around!
2 March 2026 - Busby’s Technician, Nate Smith, just completed my Annual HVAC Maintenance. He arrived on schedule, identified himself, and explained everything he was going to do with our HVAC system. We even discussed some optional HVAC accessories that I had learned about via the internet. He was very knowledgeable about all the items and we chose the Pro Treat Pan Strip for now, with consideration for an Attic Access Cover at a later date.
