I can’t say enough about these guys! Robbie who was my sales rep was knowledgeable about the products and provided us with the best fit for our home. Robbie will go above and beyond to win your business. The installers (Michael and Justin) were awesome! Great personality and also extremely knowledgeable! Respected our home and worked solid getting the install completed. I have a second unit that I will be replacing soon and Robbie with Busy Bee heating & Air will be who I call!
Affordable & Great Customer Service! I came home to a hot house, called them around 3:30pm and tech was out around 5pm. Michael was really friendly, very knowledgeable and gave us some great tips! I highly recommend their service and pricing!
You guys are the best! My heater suddenly quit and Nathan was here the next day-as an add on to his already long day/week. He found the cause and corrected it quickly-and did my AC service while here (I already had an appointment in a couple of weeks but he did it tonight!) All part of the Beehive Club. Everyone from the phones to service are kind, courteous and helpful! I highly recommend Busy Bee!!! 🐝👍🏻
Excellent customer service!
We had our AC unit go out after NES swapped over our meter. It was 5:30pm and our inside temp went up 15 degrees in less than an hour. Busy Bee came out after hours, reset our unit for us and provided us with the information we needed to be refunded by NES for something that wouldn’t have happened under normal circumstances. Thank you so much for going out of your way to help us with everything we need!
The air went out at my mothers house so I called Busy Bee and they went over there and found it to be a relay that has went bad. Even tho it is a 20 year old unit they didnt try and sell her a new unit or give her line of BS they were straight and honest with her. Busy Bee is a very very honest trustworthy company with very honest, Trustworthy and highly trained technicians. I highly recommend them.
Jeff did a great job explaining what he was doing (and why), what options were available for immediate vs next service visit, etc., and was courteous and professional. Highly recommend Busy Bee HVAC.
