Kevin L. was awesome. Had a what we thought was major issue ended up being minor and Kevin was out on Christmas Eve to take care of my family! Awesome customer service provided by him. Shout out to plumbing manager Charles as well for his awesome customer service in ensuring that a part was overnighted to my home in order to successfully repair my hot water heater! Good service all around

We were stressed going into our sewer line replacement. The thought of having your yard completely dug up is unsettling. The team at busy bee made it so much easier. Gary, the project manager, and Seth, the tech on site, both did a great job. I really appreciated their professionalism and communication throughout the process. Highly recommend

Absolutely thrilled with the service we received! Our plumber was incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, quickly diagnosing the issue and explaining everything clearly along the way. Chris was incredible. He showed up fast, diagnosed the problem immediately, and had a brand new water heater installed with total professionalism. He explained everything clearly, walked us through our options, and never pressured us into anything. The install was clean, efficient, and done right.
