I had a heat/air unit replacement install this week. Tyler and Dalton were complete pros with the work they did. They were knowledgeable and answered any questions I had and provided all the details of what they were going to do during the complete course of the install. They had a tight space to work with and did it with ease and perfection. They made sure everything about my new unit was working as expected and made sure my duct work was good as well. Highly recommend Busy Bee and the work of these technicians.

Chris was fantastic! He arrived right on time and was professional, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the issue with the hot water heater which required to be replaced. He completed the repair efficiency. I really appreciated his expertise and the smooth experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I cannot say recommend enough! I had a pipe burst inside a wall in my house and water was flooding the floor. I called a couple of places and the earliest either one could see me was the next day in the afternoon. I called Busy Bee and immediately talked to a real person (means more than you think) and someone came out immediately! I was so shocked. Finally an AC company I can rely on! Zach W the technician was super knowledgeable and so friendly! Pictures were taken and Zach took his time to explain each picture. The service was above and beyond! I wasn’t upsold on anything, instead I was given facts. No pressure put on me like all other companies do. I’m very happy I finally found a great company I can continue to use!

Cody was awesome to work with! He broke it down to where you would understand. Cuts up and has a conversation with you. Just overall happy with choosing Busy Bee for my air & heat needs. Honest and reliable people that don’t break the bank!
