I had a heat/air unit replacement install this week. Tyler and Dalton were complete pros with the work they did. They were knowledgeable and answered any questions I had and provided all the details of what they were going to do during the complete course of the install. They had a tight space to work with and did it with ease and perfection. They made sure everything about my new unit was working as expected and made sure my duct work was good as well. Highly recommend Busy Bee and the work of these technicians.

Nathan was great. He knew exactly what he was looking for to diagnose the problem after asking the right questions on what has been going on. He provided honest feedback and suggestions related to the diagnosis. He was respectful and helpful. I would welcome him back anytime!

I cannot say recommend enough! I had a pipe burst inside a wall in my house and water was flooding the floor. I called a couple of places and the earliest either one could see me was the next day in the afternoon. I called Busy Bee and immediately talked to a real person (means more than you think) and someone came out immediately! I was so shocked. Brandon with Busy Bee changed out our leaking toilet. This gentleman was kind, polite and knowledgeable. Brandon could not have been kinder, made sure we were taken care of during the ice storm and cold. This is the third time we have used Busy Bee, a truly honest and reliable company.

Finally an AC company I can rely on! Zach W the technician was super knowledgeable and so friendly! Pictures were taken and Zach took his time to explain each picture. The service was above and beyond! I wasn’t upsold on anything, instead I was given facts. No pressure put on me like all other companies do. I’m very happy I finally found a great company I can continue to use!
