We were stressed going into our sewer line replacement. The thought of having your yard completely dug up is unsettling. The team at busy bee made it so much easier. Gary, the project manager, and Seth, the tech on site, both did a great job. I really appreciated their professionalism and communication throughout the process. Highly recommend

Absolutely thrilled with the service we received! Our plumber was incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, quickly diagnosing the issue and explaining everything clearly along the way. Chris was incredible. He showed up fast, diagnosed the problem immediately, and had a brand new water heater installed with total professionalism. He explained everything clearly, walked us through our options, and never pressured us into anything. The install was clean, efficient, and done right. Jimmy was an absolute pleasure to work with. He answered all my questions, explained everything before, during and after doing the work. When my water heater started shooting water everywhere I was in an absolute panic. Jimmy came promptly and assured me it was all going to be ok and he would make sure of it.
