We were stressed going into our sewer line replacement. The thought of having your yard completely dug up is unsettling. The team at busy bee made it so much easier. Gary, the project manager, and Seth, the tech on site, both did a great job. I really appreciated their professionalism and communication throughout the process. Highly recommend
Fantastic workmanship! Would 100% hire again. Tyler led a team that installed dual mini splits with a variety of location challenges, and they found solutions that worked well. Craftsmanship was excellent (mounting, drilling, snaking, etc.). They were on time, explained everything along the way, provided photos. We identified an issue not on the order, they returned the following day to take care of it. Order also included insulation and duct cleaning, and they spent a good amount time doing both. Excellent!!! Above and beyond. Sooo grateful I switched to this company. Thomas was fantastic!!! They take photos of everything and also have a worthwhile annual plan for maintenance. He fixed my AC unit as well as told me other advice on things related to HVAC and the plumbing. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and was very thorough. Super nice guy, friendly, and respectful. Great protocols as well.
Chris York came to our house to take care of some minor issues. He was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. He treated our home as if it was his! Thank you Chris for your help and being respectful. The job looks very clean and most importantly safe!
Zach did a great job replacing our 43 yr old toilet with a self purchased/home delivered handicap accessible toilet. From taking out the old, cleaning up & prepping for a new seal ring, to completed installation we are extremely pleased. We recognize his quality workmanship and highly recommend Zach with Busy Bee. We'll soon be requesting Zach to come back and fix the bathroom faucet too. And if you're a Titans fan, that's an extra bonus!
