We were stressed going into our sewer line replacement. The thought of having your yard completely dug up is unsettling. The team at busy bee made it so much easier. Gary, the project manager, and Seth, the tech on site, both did a great job. I really appreciated their professionalism and communication throughout the process. Highly recommend
This is regarding an ERV purchase and install. The two sales guys were punctual and very nice and knowledgeable. The install guys were super nice and on time as well. Even though there was an unexpected hiccup with the install, they were able to work around my schedule and prompt with getting it working. Very communicative throughtout and appreciated.
Braxton Sircy made a repair visit to my home and fixed the problem as well as pointed a flaw where the last company left when they replaced the unit. Braxton handled the conversation with professionalism and courtesy. I am very impressed with his talents and phone etiquette. Please keep him happy as he is pleasing his clients. Cody did an amazing job ! He was so nice, professional, and efficient.
