I cannot say recommend enough! I had a pipe burst inside a wall in my house and water was flooding the floor. I called a couple of places and the earliest either one could see me was the next day in the afternoon. I called Busy Bee and immediately talked to a real person (means more than you think) and someone came out immediately! I was so shocked. I had Colton from Busy Bee HVAC out to the house today, and he did an absolute fantastic job. He was incredibly thorough, checking everything from our heating system and ductwork to the air return vent and registers. ​It’s clear he takes pride in his work and doesn't cut corners. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure our entire system was running exactly as it should. If you’re looking for someone reliable who actually pays attention to the details, I highly recommend asking for Colton!

First of all, I’m the type of person that wants to do everything myself. Unfortunately, we had drain backing up issues and I was not available to look at it. Reluctantly, I called Busy Bee Plumbing, I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Had Chris Phillips out from Busy Bee to assess a hot water heater that stopped working. He was quick, reliable, and fixed the issue along with some DIY plumbing from the previous owner. Followed up with me during and after, which I appreciated. Will definitely call them back for future needs!

Exceptional customer service from Braxton! My heat went out on Friday night and our house was freezing. I called Busy Bee on Saturday morning and they sent Braxton right out to take a look. He went above and beyond to explain everything in great detail and restored my heat as quickly as possible. It’s also worth noting that the price was reasonable and there was no surcharge for weekend service. Busy Bee has a customer for life!
