Jimmy was an absolute pleasure to work with. He answered all my questions, explained everything before, during and after doing the work. When my water heater started shooting water everywhere I was in an absolute panic. Jimmy came promptly and assured me it was all going to be ok and he would make sure of it. Chris was incredible. He showed up fast, diagnosed the problem immediately, and had a brand new water heater installed with total professionalism. He explained everything clearly, walked us through our options, and never pressured us into anything. The install was clean, efficient, and done right. Cristian Contrera and the staff at Busy Bee Plumbing were professional, organized and knowledgeable. I work for a local roofing contractor and one of our customers had a plumbing issue. I called the main line and the office staff explained the process which they followed to a tee. I appreciate their help and for showing up so quickly to assist with the issue. Cristian diagnosed and fixed the issue and our customer was extremely satisfied with the service!
