Before going in, I had fast and clear communication with the salesman. The process was fairly easy and smooth from start to finish. I was able to take the car to a mechanic for peace of mind. The car does require a few repairs but I was able to negotiate money off the out-the-door price. Overall I am quite happy with my 2015 Mazda 3, very nice car!
I brought my Toyota Avalon to this location to have a factory recall repaired. This was my first time at this dealership, as I purchased my car several years ago out of state. Scheduling the recall was straightforward and timely. Once I dropped my car off (at 7:30 AM), I was told that the repair would take around 2 hours, but could potentially take until the end of the day if they needed to order a specific part for the recall. *** UPDATE: experienced a horrible accident in which my 6 day old Grand Highlander was totaled - saved my life!!! Called Butler when I found another Grand Highlander - at a different dealership. Greg was able to attain my new Grand Highlander Eddie (my previous sales professional left). I was paired up with Jamori and what a great experience, once again!! Big shoutout to Victor Rodriguez and Antonio Murray for helping me get into my 2024 Supra. Both of them made the whole process smooth, professional, and stress free. They took the time to answer all my questions, worked with me on the numbers, and made sure I left happy with the car I wanted.
