4 stars because we got off to a rough start with scheduling However, we were very pleased with the knowledge of the guys who did the install, quality of the work and responsiveness to an error. They accidentally damaged a sprinkler pipe, but immediately accepted responsibility and repaired it to our satisfaction! I definitely recommend Buzz and would quickly use them again in the future.
Buzz Fence is an efficient organization. A rep comes to define the desired scope of work. They follow up with a quote. When accepted they will follow up with a more detailed plan as modifications can be made during the process up to an including the day of installation. When the installers come they will also go over scope of work. First day they installed posts and then I left town. They completed the work, cleaned up after themselves and the old fencing material.
