Jen is an excellent instructor who is very knowledgeable and kind! The course was very hands on and gives you a real world setting of these kinds of emergencies that can happen. Highly recommend!
Fairly priced, very welcoming and knowledgeable. BVAC has a fantastic team - our instructor Steve had deep subject matter expertise and was able to distill that knowledge through relatable examples and patiently answering all our questions. Although it was a multi-day course, the content was engaging and I did not feel bored at any point. We had an opportunity to host our corporate training + several commununity pop-up events at the BVAC Rescue Response Training Center. The facilities are clean, modern and great for events. The team that runs the BVAC are amazing guys. Kind, professional, helpful & honestly amazing to work with. I cant express how grateful we are to have had the opportunity to work w the BVAC. They are a true Bayside Gem!
It's place that really cares about the community. It serves the whole new york city by having training in first responders in medical emergency. To have people in community that render aid save lives.
