Lots of questionable occurrences happened while here. Dental assistant is more attentive than the doctor. I’m in pain and it was caused by the way my crown was placed. Doc doesn’t want to admit it. Overbooked and understaffed. I DO NOT recommend! Ps Don’t go in the afternoon (all my apts. were at 1pm) because you’ll get rushed work so he can have lunch. I’ve heard him mention his lunch to me. Like “if I do this I’ll miss my lunch but can I do it”
Been coming to this place for almost a year, hygienist and assistant staff are very good. I decided to replace my old crown on my front tooth, Dr Jackelin Patterson was on charge of that, she never ever touched my mouth, she just ordered X rays. Dr. Park definitely was the best. He managed to get what I needed done without any issues. His creative side in dental care is evident when he had to work his magic for my front teeth given the unusual bite I have. Also, they were very understanding of my financial situation and worked out a treatment plan that wasn't going to put me in piles of debt. Recommend this place wholeheartedly.
The first bridge Dr. Patterson did for me was great. However, after that, I'm not sure what went wrong. I lost two healthy teeth (on the bottom, left side of my mouth) due to how long it took for the bridge to be ready. When it was finally completed, it wasn’t the right color. So, I had to wait even longer to get it corrected. In the meantime, the temporary bridge wouldn’t last more than three days, and I had to leave work early multiple times to get a new temporary one replaced. Had an issue with a crown and Dr. Patterson knew exactly what to do to take care of it. Thank you! Not many General Dentists do root canals on molars. Dr. Park did an amazing job! He had to tap me when he was done! He even saved me money on seeing a specialist. 🙂 Everyone here is wonderful!
