Although I enjoyed when I went in and did a first appointment and part 1 of a deep cleaning, since then their scheduling has been very unprofessional. They were booked months in advance for deep cleanings so it was going to be almost 6 months between my part one and part two, which the dentist already advised against. The day before my part 2 appointment they called to cancel it because an employee quit. I was told via message they would contact me to reschedule ASAP. I have basically been tortured by dentists for years. I’m not very sensitive to the medication they give you before procedures. However, my experience at.BYND DNTL Has been anything but that. My dentist was amazing! She waited to make sure that I was numb before she started any procedure. She completed quite a few procedures today and I walked out of there untraumatized which is amazing. If you are a victim of trauma with previous dentist office or unprofessional Dr's this will be your new home. Every step is taken to ensure comfort and communication and this has been a bynd exceptional experience for both myself and wife. (Hygienist Joy) went above and beyond to make us feel secure and gave breaks to work through fear and for that I am thankful and will be a long time patient. Keep it going!
Dr. Patterson and her team really hooked me up!! I got 8 EMAX porcelain veneers on my top teeth. I chose the color OM3. The OM-series is translucent in nature, but still brighter and lighter than even the lightest natural tooth shade. If you are darker complexion like me and wanting something that will pop, I would recommend going with OM3. I absolutely loved my experience at this office. The staff was so friendly and welcoming and the dentist was so personable and comforting and gave off this wonderful vibe. They have top of the line technology and comfortable, quiet rooms. I signed up for their discount plan right away and I think it’s definitely worth it. For the first time ever I am looking forward to my next dental appointment. Highly recommend this place
