Living here has been an ongoing exercise in frustration. Maintenance requests are either ignored entirely or addressed weeks later—if they’re addressed at all. Urgent issues are treated like minor inconveniences, and follow-ups seem to disappear into a void. Communication from maintenance is poor, and there’s zero accountability when things aren’t fixed properly the first time. Tenant concerns are handled just as poorly. Our maintenance guy Mark was fantastic. Fixed all of our problems in a timely manner. And he made sure that we didn’t have any more problems before leaving. All in all he’s a great worker/Guy all around!

Now that I have finally left this place and got my deposit back I can be totally honest about this place. Pros: close to downtown Newport and downtown Cincinnati. The leasing office was pretty responsive to any issues I had Cons: They clearly didn’t put a lot of money into the remodel besides the appliances. There was constant leaking under the kitchen sink. The outlets in the kitchen would constantly go out. The paint work to the apartment was done poorly. My downstairs neighbor roof caved in their bathroom. They then had ... read more
Beautiful apartments! The finishes are incredibly high quality and the apartments are so spacious. Shannon and Bailey in the office are always a pleasure to interact with. They are both incredibly kind, helpful, and are always quick to respond. The community is in an incredible location and I highly recommend renting here!
