Went to website for details about filling tanks and found no information about hours listed. Beware, they only fill 9am-11am. I arrived at 8:55 and asked if I could pay for filling and the lady told me no, I have to wait until 9am, it's company policy. I told them that I didn't know about the hours of filling and couldn't find it on the website. She told me it was there. I still haven't found the information on the site. I was supposed to have my propane tanks filled yesterday, but the office told me that my paperwork didn’t get turned in by the technician when in fact, I spoke to the technician and the paperwork did get turned in yesterday. … not a good experience We set up an appt to have service technician come and give their insight about propane tank installation. I have been in communication with this company by phone for few weeks before this visit date as I live out of the state. They only informed us that the tank must be at least 5 feet from the house and we have contacted the plumber who did all the arrangements to make that happen more than 5 feet away from the house. I have been a customer for a few years and we have been below 30% full before the cold hit. Requested a refill monday and got no response. Requested another one yesterday. We ran out of propane last night and it has been 45 in our house since the They called me this morning saying no trucks were going to be in my area. We are on automatic fill up and they are supposed to dispatch a truck when we get to 30%. I would find someone else. A
