This company will over charge you then come to your house and question why you cancel the second charge on your account. Wait it gets better then they will call the local police and have them contact you about cancelling a double charge on your credit card. Then they will get butt hurt about you explaining to the police officer at your home why you don’t want to pay again and cancel your account and no longer service your home. Went to website for details about filling tanks and found no information about hours listed. Beware, they only fill 9am-11am. I arrived at 8:55 and asked if I could pay for filling and the lady told me no, I have to wait until 9am, it's company policy. I told them that I didn't know about the hours of filling and couldn't find it on the website. She told me it was there. I still haven't found the information on the site. I was supposed to have my propane tanks filled yesterday, but the office told me that my paperwork didn’t get turned in by the technician when in fact, I spoke to the technician and the paperwork did get turned in yesterday. I have been a customer for a few years and we have been below 30% full before the cold hit. Requested a refill monday and got no response. Requested another one yesterday. We ran out of propane last night and it has been 45 in our house since the They called me this morning saying no trucks were going to be in my area. We are on automatic fill up and they are supposed to dispatch a truck when we get to 30%. I would find someone else. A

Cadenhead has provided propane for our home for over 10 years. Their customer services and delivery folks are fantastic. To make is worry free this past year they installed a blue tooth device that monitors our propane and allows us to order from an App. No more checking the meter.
