RecommendedOne Word: MERZA!! I had a difficult situation with another dealer and got a bad feeling. I called Merza, he worked to match the deal, and even picked me up at the airport. My Certified 2018 Escalade ESV was exactly as promised and loaded up with water and snacks for my trip back home. No pressure to buy extended warranties. Saturday, I called Currie Motors in Maywood to get an oil change only because their location is close to my house and I have dealt with their service tech Ken W. for 18 years on my Monte Carlo. I was told the wait was 2 to 3hrs before they could assist me.
